The entire clip clocks in at just 1:34, but in that short time, DSC founder Michael Dubin (a product of improv theater—Upright Citizen’s Brigade, in New York—and the marketing department at Sports Illustrated) delivers his unique selling proposition with irresistible charm . . . alongside improbable star turns from a leaf blower, a machete and a toy wagon, of all things.

Of course, YouTube is full of videos of strange people doing strange things, and there’s no shortage of pitchmen trying to sell you on their latest idea. But let’s face it: Most of them don’t receive $1 million in VC funding before they launch, or completely crash their website the day they go live, or win an award from the folks over at Ad Age. And that’s just for starters.
