Everybody’s head is nodding. We’ve all been through endless hours of work to describe something complex in simple terms. Einstein once said .. “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough.” It’s been my experience that he was right. These definitions make the task so much easier by providing a schema we can follow. I’ve often said, if we define the process correctly the content will virtually develop itself. Once the proper definitions are done the only job left is to make sure we create content the end user finds compelling.
