Except for the paragraph on all caps, this article is very, very good. Some people put all scripts in upper case letters because that was the old-fashioned broadcast standard. However, a study found folks recognize words more easily if they are written in standard form with a mix of upper and lower case letters. Apparently, we recognize words more by shape than by individual letters. -scot
